I. Return Conditions
Unopened Items: If you are not satisfied with the product, it must remain unopened, and your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Opened Items: Opened and used candles generally do not qualify for return unless there is a quality issue or damage.
II. Return Process
Requesting a Return: Please send your return request to our customer service email: nadia@quelmororiginllc.shop. Please include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if any) in the email.
Confirming a Return: Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your return request to confirm the return. If your request meets the return conditions, we will provide a return address.
